Description of the problem | Head rests have been installed on newer models of the same, i feel that ford should recall my truck and others of the same year (2001) and update our rear seats to have headrests. I beleive that the headrest were installed by ford for the prevention of a passenger's head be put thru the rear window. This is definitley a problem that ford saw coming and decided to include the headrest on the newer version of the same year for precaution.. This to me should be a recall by ford to replace my present rear seat wihout headrests, with one that has them. Thank you. *ak |
