Description of the problem	The 2001 ford supercrew does not come with rear headrests. There has been a few occassions where my passengers have bumped their heads on the glass panel just behind the rear seats. I am requesting that the nhtsa investigate this issue with ford to determine a suitable fix. Through my research, i have learned that ford has upgraded the rear seats (current production) however my unit was one of the first produced and did not receive the updated seats. Please advise.
