Description of the problem | Just filled the gasoline tank to full on saturday evening, july 30, 2011. Left the station and drove about a 1/4 block and the front part of the gasoline tank fell off. Heard the dragging noise and stopped. Repair garage stated they have repaired many with this same problem. Knew how to handle it. Called bob allen ford in overland park, ks. On monday morning, august 1, 2011, and they stated they had no knowledge of any tsb on the problem. Never mentioned there may be a recall on it. |
