Description of the problem | I had an original spark plug blow out of my ford f-150 v-8 triton motor while i was driving on the freeway. It made a loud pop noise and then i seen a flame i pulled over right away and shut off the truck and called for help. Thankfully i was not hurt and the fire went out and did not burn the truck to the ground. Ford refused to fix it they said it was not a lubricated part and my warranty didn't cover the $2000-3000. 00 repair. It is a defective design and they know it but are not allowed to fix it under the warranty's. |
