Description of the problem | The consumer's vehicle was involved in a head-on collision at approximately 45mph. Upon impact, both driver and passenger air bags did not deploy. *ak the consumer stated that they had taken the vehicle to the dealer for a diagnosis and was told that the clock spring was inop. The consumer suffered from a chipped bone in foot, a sprained ankle and wrist, and a laceration on the ear.
