Description of the problem	I was going down highway 111 in rancho mirage, ca when a drunk driver ran a red light. I slammed into her drivers side door head on 1989 ford crown victoria with my 2001 ford f-150 crew cab traveling at approximately 35 to 45 mph. Neither passenger or the drivers air bags worked. My fiancee and i both suffered injuries that i beleive could have been avoided had the air bags worked. As a result of this accident my new truck was considered a total loss.*ak
