Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 ford explorer. The contact was stopped at a stop sign and as she attempted to accelerate from the stop, the vehicle suddenly jerked forward abnormally. The failure recurred whenever accelerating from a complete stop or when in reverse. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing.
