Description of the problem | Transmission surges on downshift between 2nd and 1st.... Engine rpm's increase and transmission slams, causing vehicle to move forward with a lurch. Ford motor has no fix for this and there are hundreds of these flawed vehicles on the road with no owner recourse due to fact that ford engineer does no know what to do. *jb |
