Description of the problem | I recently bought a "new" used car. A few weeks after i bought it, the air bag light came on. I took it back to the dealership, and they informed me that the airbags had been tampered with by someone. They did some research, and they auction house they bought the vehicle from never disclosed that it had been in an accident. They tried to cover up that the airbags had been deployed, the cut and spliced the wiring to bypass safety relays/switches so a diagnostic tester would not catch it. I drove around for 6 months with my two children (both under the age of 3) with no working airbags! If you call me, i can have the dealership confirm everything. |
