Description of the problem | My ford expedition 2002 was recalled for fire hazard due to the cruise control. I had the repair done at mccoy mills ford in fullerton ca. And a few weeks later my car burst into flames in my driveway while parked. The car was totaled and now i do not have a car and can not buy any thing comparable for the 12,000 the insurance paid. I believe ford owes me the difference because i followed the rules and had the car "repaired" by them. What should i do now? |
