Description of the problem | I received a letter from ford stating that there is a safety defect with speed control deactivation switch for my vehicle. In this letter i've been instructed to contact my local ford dealer to set up a time/ date for repairs. I've been told by the dealer that "they don't have the part in" and would "call me" when it arrives. Its been almost a month and nothing has been done. What my next recourse of action? |
