Description of the problem	On several occasions, my vehicle will not allow me to switch gears, or even get out of park. My vehicle has been dragged out of my garage, has stopped in the middle of a busy intersection, and has been towed a few times due to this issue. In addition to, there is a rattling at higher speeds, carpet comes up, pieces fall apart from the car. I have reported it to ford and was dismissed.
