Description of the problem | My screen went completely back and never turned back on. I can no longer use the usb ports, turn on my radio, use my rearview mirror, connect my phone nor control my a/c settings. I took it to ford and they indicated it's a bad apim. Another issue with my vehicle. After 18 months my brand new vehicle had a battery, starter, alternator and engine replaced. Now i need a new apim? Ford is ridiculous. They're customer service and quality in cars is gone. My car should be a lemon yet, 3 years after continuous problems, i'm still fighting for my vehicle to be recalled. |
