Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford edge. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph, the contact heard a popping sound coming from above their head. The contact looked at the sunroof and saw no damage. The contact stated that later in the day after parking the vehicle, the contact became aware of a crack to the sunroof glass with two additional smaller cracks.
