Description of the problem	I went to the dealership where i bought my 2017 silver ford edge, because on 5/8/2020 the engine icon came up on my dash. So i immediately stopped at the local jarett ford dealership in lakeland, fl, thinking it just needed an oil change. After i got this done, the engine icon never went and i began to experience my vehicle shaking and it also began heating up. This happened in 3 different occasions, with a red warning message on my dash of the precaution i should take to avoid overheating. Each time i immediately stopped the vehicle, waited for it to cool down, and added coolant to the radiator coolant tank. I went to elder ford of tampa, fl, where i bought my vehicle and the service manager, terry was completely oblivious as to who nhtsa is as well as no idea of the customer satisfaction program. As i went to drive away my vehicle, now it did not want to start. Frank tried to see if it was a battery issue and tried jump starting it but it had nothing to do with the battery. By god's miracle my vehicle suddenly turned on and by his mercies i was able to arrive at my house. Now, i cannot get to work and are stuck because they say that there is nothing they can do because my warranty is over. I need to know if you can help me resolve this matter that is not my fault. I am very concerned that they have no idea as to what nhtsa is nor your customer satisfaction program. I will appreciate someone helping me, or pointing me in the right direction.
