Description of the problem | Vehicle was taken in for a check engine light on 3/11/2019 in was in a tsp status with ford that turned into a recall. The recall has not been successfully repaired to this date and has been into the service center 10 times. It is currently there again. Ford has made all of the repairs under warranty. However, a dangerous issue persists with the engine. The vehicle cannot be driven and fords master mechanics have not solved the issues. The vehicle cannot be driven because it presents a very clear hazard for the occupants as well as the public. The engine looses coolant rapidly with ford not being able to determine when the coolant goes. The engine seizes and causes you to have to immediately stop. |
