Description of the problem | Mfg recall #17s16 nhtsa recall # 17v427 ford inc has been unable to complete the replacement of the torque converter on our new 2017 ford edge in a timely manner. Our new ford edge was shipped from the factory mid june, but not delivered to the selling dealership until 8/11. It still has not been fixed and delivered to us. Our selling dealer does not have any information from ford inc as to when the safety recall will be completed and our new car delivered to us. The vehicle was ordered by our local ford dealer 5/5/17. |
