Description of the problem | Raw fuel odor when driving and stopping the car. Fuel leak, starting problems and fuel pump issue. Car was not repaired or replaced upon request, pat milliken ford refused to work on car even though we were in immediate danger of a catastrophic problem. Pat milliken ford was not authorized by ford motor company to remove fuel tank and fix fuel pump until they proved there was a problem, even though we took 25 videos over a 3 month period as evidence. For 3 months of payments, insurance and fear of the risk of fire while driving, ford motor and pat milliken refused to repair the car after more than 5 visits, numerous conversations with ford motor customer service and pat milliken ford. The smell of raw gas, and the long grind delayed start existed when car was idle after traveling local streets and highways.. |
