Description of the problem | Car has 69,000 miles. Check engine light has come on. Was told a new engine is needed because coolant is leaking into the cylinders. Thousands of the same complaint and now we are told we need a new engine on a car that is barely three years old and of course out of warranty. Why has not one thing been done to resolve this with ford. Had we known we were buying a lemon we would have never purchased this vechicle. Ford knows this is a problem and they have done nothing to rectify the defect in the product they put out on the market. We have no recourse here and what ford has done borders on illegal to have a known probem with no recourse for the consumers. |
