Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford edge. While the contact's wife was driving approximately 30 mph and crossing an intersection, another vehicle suddenly turned in front of the contact and crashed into the front of the vehicle. The contact's vehicle spun around a few times. The air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle received damage to the front end and was no longer operable.
