Description of the problem	I have a 2016 ford edge, which has a panoramic sunroof and moon roof. My sunroof motor only works half the time. It will open with no issues, but then in order to close it, it will close, and then open again. I have to close it several times before it actually stays closed. The other issue i am having is with the moon roof. It has randomly cracked. I keep my vehicle parked in the garage, and work from home. There is no chip in the glass, and the glass doesn't look like a regular spider from a chip. It's wavy cracks.
