Description of the problem | My husband was driving when he opened the sun visor. I looked and thought there was ice on the sunroof because of the strange swirl pattern. It is not cold enough to have ice like that where i live. My husband says look its cracked. The panoramic sunroof cracked in a swirled pattern. I took the car to a professional auto glass place and the repair guy said he did not see any spots where there would be impact. So i thought maybe it was a glass defect. I took to the dealer and the service manager gets up and starts poking the glass with a pen and says there are 2 places of impact so it must have had a rock hit it and skip along and crack it twice. |
