Description of the problem	I was driving down a freeway ramp towards a stop light and pressed the brakes. The car didn't slow down. I had to step on the brakes completely applying pressure and the car did not come to a complete stop. There was a hissing noise that i heard from below the inside of my car near brakes. My car provide any warning of malfunction.
