Description of the problem | Takata recall i received the safety recall letter on march 2017 and since then i have called ford dealership several times and was told that parts not available yet and they would notify us by mail once they have the parts. This is way overdue and i am not feeling safe driving a car which has a problem with the airbags. Please redirect my complaint toward them so they get the parts asap and fix the problem. |
