Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 dodge nitro. The contact stated that while refueling, fuel would spill out from the filler neck. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was aware of the failure. No repairs were performed. The approximate failure mileage was 56,000 and the current mileage was 58,700. At lease three times at three locations my gas tank would overflow when filling up. I've had to notify attendant at gas station to spray over flow area with flame retardant chemicals.
