Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2018 dodge journey. While driving 35 mph, the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The contact called all star dodge chrysler jeep ram (located at 11503 st charles rock rd, bridgeton, mo 63044) where it was diagnosed that the ambient air temperature sensor failed. The contact stated that the check engine indicator turned off the next day. The contact then called the dealer and was advised not to bring the vehicle in for repairs because the sensor system reset itself but if the check engine warning light re-illuminated to bring the vehicle back in for repairs. On another occasion, the contact also stated that the vehicle failed to start while attempting to drive. The vehicle was towed back to the same dealer where it was diagnosed that the ground wire from the battery to the vehicle was not connected appropriately. A new battery was installed to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 22,000.
