Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2018 dodge journey. The contact stated that the vehicle had electrical failures. While driving at night, the instrument panel lighting malfunctioned. Lone star chrysler dodge jeep ram (8811 interstate 35 access rd, san antonio, tx 78211, (210) 828-1515) did not assist with bringing the vehicle in for diagnostic testing even though there was a warranty on the vehicle. Also, the dealer refused to provide a rental vehicle even though it was stated in the warranty. The manufacturer only asked the contact to leave the vehicle at the dealer and offered no assistance with a rental vehicle. The dealer refused to provide the contact with an email address to send the manufacturer videos of the failures. The failure mileage was 20,000. The vin was unknown. |
