Description of the problem	I was in a car accident of dec. 2018 on the 1-10 going west bound. An underage, unlicensed driver hit me going 60-70mph when we were doing stop and go traffic. (i was stopped at the time same with all the cars in front of me. She never tried to stop since she was distracted and hit me twice. The 2nd time she panicked when she hit me so hard her car flew back and she hit the gas again instead of the break. The first time she hit me none of my airbags deployed and my head hit the wheel really hard, 2nd time my seatbelt locked (first time it didn't) and i had a bruise across my chest from it.dtjb
