Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge journey. The contact stated that their vehicle was repaired under two recalls regarding the abs system. The contact stated that after having the repairs completed that while driving approximately 5 mph when the vehicle suddenly accelerated. The contact stated that when they pressed the brake pedal, the brake pedal failed to move causing the vehicle to fail to stop. The contact stated that the vehicle then turned to the right and crashed into the curb on the side of the road causing the vehicle to come to a stop. No air bags deployed.
