Description of the problem	In december 2015, i receive a letter from fca us llc regarding a safety recall notice. In january 2016, after returning from a trip, immediately i called the dealer where i purchased the car and asked them to schedule a service appointment. The appointment was on january 18, 2016; nevertheless, when i arrived to the dealer, the told me that the parts needed to fix the problem were not available and that they had to make an order. Since then, i am calling all the weeks and the answer is that they haven't receive the parts yet. Moreover, one of the sellers told me that not to worry since this recall is not important. Definitely, i am really disappointed with this situation. Not only that my car haven't been fixed but also, all the time i had waist in the dealer and in the phone calls. Furthermore, i am moving form san juan, pr to south carolina taking my car not fixed. I will appreciate your involvement in this safety matter. Thanks, [xxx]
