Description of the problem | Nhtsa recall # 15v-431. Recall notice dated july 28,2015 has not been rectified. The manufacturer has indicated that they do not have the parts to make this repair, meanwhile there is another recall notice, 15v-675, that has been issued. The remedy status to both notices is incomplete. Is this not putting the safety of the owner in jeopardy? Has the manufacturer not had an ample amount of time to correct at least one of these problems? The first notice dates back to july and it is now december, almost going into the new year. How long is long enough? |
