Description of the problem | While still under factory warranty i complained that the rear rotors were scored. Rear brake pads are totally worn out, aftermarket pads were suggested, and put on at my expense of $270. 00. Car has 30,076 miles on it. I was told on 29sep14 that once warn and scored rear rotors scoring again was normal. Car has 41,124 miles on it. Last week car was again brought in, the rear right rear brake pad was gone. I brought the car to martins dodge in union grove to have the work done again. I did not want the first dealer to work on the car anymore. Chrysler wants me to pay for the repairs first at my expense. Then they will reimburse for what they think is correct. Estimated repairs are over $900. Since last time i only drove the car 8,000 miles. Will this happen to me again in another few months. |
