Description of the problem	Vehicle stationary, intermittently not starting when push button has been pressed, we can hear starter attempting to engage but will not start. Sometimes the starter continuously runs for about 10 seconds attempting to start the car and the only way to stop the starter, is you have to leave the vehicle and lock the car w/key fob. Has done this intermittently since july of 2017. The vehicle has had the fuel pump relay replaced due recall on 09/2015. The intermittent non starting issue has occurred a total of 12+ times. On two of the occurances the problems have been video taped. Had the vehicle to the dealership two different times and both times they state that they could not get the vehicle to duplicate the problem nor were there any codes in the system, therefore, they could not resolve the matter. When we tried to show them the videos they advised that they had no interest in viewing them. They also advised several times that without a duplication of the issue, that they could do nothing to resolve the issue. Dealership continues to maintain that we are the only ones that they know of that is having this particular issue.
