Description of the problem | This vehicle was purchased new in november of 2013. Since that time we have received 4 recall notices on the vehicle. Two notices for p14/nhtsa 14v-154 (brake booster). One for p36/nhtsa 14v-391 (sun visor wiring). One for r09/nhtsa 14v-115 (fuel pump relay). We have called the selling dealer regarding the brake booster and the sun visor and still have not received any type of notification of parts received to repair. Yesterday, we received the recall regarding the internal fuel pump relay, with verbiage that fiat chrysler automobiles (fca) does not currently have the part available to perform a "permanent remedy." two of them are said to possibly cause a fire and the other a possible crash. For chrysler group llc/fca us llc to be able to go this long with out repairing these defects is simply not acceptable. |
