Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge durango. The contact stated that there was premature exposure near the underbody of the vehicle close to the wiring. Also, the emissions hose was eaten through by rodents. The parts were replaced once, but the failure recurred. The dealer replaced the emissions hose a second time months later, but the rodents chewed through the part again. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and advised that the dealer replace the part. The vin was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000. |
