Description of the problem | Steering gear box needed to be changed. Took our vehicle in for a leak coming off what looked to be a coolant line. Next thing i know we got a call that our gear box needed replaced which leads me to believe that when we took it in for a regular service recently they said we had a leak in the drive line which we fixed. The dealership looked at determined the leak i saw was a completely different problem im just reaching out to you guys to maybe look into the steering gearbox issue only because a car with 80000 miles on it should not have such a major issue. I know things go wrong on vehicles just would like to make you aware of a situation that is ongoing i have read on your site others having the same issue. To add to it the car steering seemed normal no issues i am glad they caught cause if steering were to fail that could be a bad situation. |
