Description of the problem | I have been attempting to have a recall fixed since early june 2014. The nhsta recall number is 14v-154 and the manufacturer recall number is p14. I am in a major city and there are 13 dodge/chrysler dealerships in the area. I've called every two weeks for the past three months and have not been given an update yet. Three months is getting ridiculous. My most recent call i was told by the person who claimed to be the maintenance and service manager that they don't have to give me a timeline and i will be called when i am called. |
