Description of the problem | Brought vechile in for recall on brake booster rusting. Upon removing brake booster the mechanic found a leaking master brake cylinder. The masterbrake cylinder won't be available until 8-11-14 & another part of the brake booster which the dealer has no idea when he can get this part. As this is a new vechile with less then 9,000 miles i find this type of failure unexpected but more amazing a dealer can't get parts for 2 weeks or more. Smell to me that dodge has a major braking issue they are trying to keep quiet. Updated 4/24/2015 *js |
