Description of the problem | The active head restraint on the passenger side deployed suddenly without warning. We were traveling on a city street at approximately 30 mph. The passenger was hit on the back of the head and had a severe headache. There was no nor has there been any rear collision. After examining the inside of the restraint i could see broken pieces of plastic that appeared to had been keeping it together. |
