Description of the problem	Front passenger active restraint headrest deployed while driving without collision or other known event on city street at posted speed. My teenage son sitting in seat while restrained was struck in back of the head when headrest deployed forward, but he was not injured by this event. The headrest cannot be repaired or reset, and fiat chrysler america (dodge) has discontinued this part and no longer keeps it in stock for replacement nor do they offer an alternative part to make the seat/headrest safe and serviceable.
