Description of the problem	Vehicle was parked. Male driver exited vehicle and leaned back into driver's seat to retrieve belongings from behind passengers seat. Upon doing so he placed his hand on the headrest of the driver's seat. It was at this time that the active head restraint system activated on the driver seat. Upon examination by mechanic it was determined that plastic hinges had broken in the headrest. Vehicle purchased new 8/2013, 150k miles. Replacement headrest: $650 plus labor.
