Description of the problem | The passenger side seat active head rest deployed on it's own while driving down the highway. I took a look inside to reset it and noticed the plastic housing that holds the locking rod in place had broke and the locking mechanism hadn't opened, thus allowing the headrest to be unable to be reset since the locking rod just gets pulled back out do to the tension on the springs. |
