Description of the problem | As i was driving i heard a pop and didn't know what is was. After looking i saw that it was my driver seat headrest. It had popped open and i thought i could just close it but i couldn't. About a week later the passenger side did the same thing with no one being in the seat. I thought that maybe this was a fluke happening, but i have read that there are quite a few customers out there that have the same problem. I would like to know my options. |
