Description of the problem	Around january of 2018 my 2013 durango r/t 4wd low light starting blinking while driving on the highway, pulled over to try and get it to turn off by placing in neutral and turing off. This fixed it and began to drive again on the highway and the light turned back on, no check engine light ever came on. Took the truck to one of the local dodge dealerships and they stated that the vehicle was in working condition and meeting manufacture specification. Then again in august 2018, my transfer case started to make a ticking noise and would engage into low by itself when taking turns and no dash light warning. This time i took it to a local driveline shop and they identified that the transfer case needed to be rebuilt and that it burnt out the transfer case motor. The transfer case would not engage in 4wd low by using the switch but would engage on its own. Still, no check engine light or notification that the transfer case motor was in operational. Additionally, when i took the truck in for the 4wd low issue, i had them look at the rpm gauge and radio. The rpm gauge would just bounce and hesitate when accelerating and the radio would just change stations by itself. After inspection by the local dodge dealership, they stated that they see the issue with the rpm gauge and radio, but since the vehicle is meeting all manufacture specification they are unable to do anything.
