Description of the problem | Ever since my truck hit about 20k it started to like shake ,vibrate. I took it in to the dealer to see why it was doing it ,they did an update to the transmission and told me it should go away. On my way home it started to do the same thing again between 30-45 mph is when it would do it . I've taken it in a couple of time already for the same thing and according to chrysler it's normal. Now i'm no expert in vehicles but it's gotten worse and they don't seem to care . I spoke with a representative for a hot line of chrysler but all they told me is that i could take it in to another dealer so they can run another diagnostic and that the chrysler engineers say it's normal that my truck shake vibrates at those speeds. I've read on line that other durango owners have experience the same problem i'm having and chryslers isn't doing anything about it. Please help me with this problem. |
