Description of the problem	A safety recall, nhtsa 19v-813, was issued in november 2019 and it is june 2020. Speaking with a dodge recall rep today, they don't know when it will be available. When i quoted their website that indicated the owner will be provided an interim repair, the rep informed that i would have to take it in to the dealership to have it diagnosed so that they could escalate it but still didn't couldn't tell me if i would receive an interim repair and what that might be. On top of that, i would have to pay for the diagnosis to escalate it for a known recall. This vehicle stalls and shuts down at any speed or when i hit a bump in the road.
