Description of the problem	Car will not start. It will turn over but not run. Recall was looked at but not fixed permanently . This is the 4th time that i am going to have this problem fixed in the past 5 years . Dodge claims that there is no solution yet . Its a fuel pump relay how hard could it be to fix . Today is 4/10/2020 it took 5 tries to start the car. Does some have to die before dodge comes up with a solution? Car can stall out when on the highway !!!!
