Description of the problem	Went to put fuel into the tank and nothing made it in. Over 10 gallons of gas spilled on the ground under the suv and then spread across the gas station tarmac before i realized it and shut the pump off. Scary situation as it could have ignited causing an explosion and injuries, death, and destruction!! Took it into the a dealer and they "found the fuel filler hose to be insufficiently attached to the inlet of the gas tank".
