Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge durango. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired per an unknown recall regarding the alternator. The contact was informed that the ecm board was faulty due to the damage on the voltage regulator. The following day, while the contact's wife was pulling out of the parking lot, the vehicle's electrical system began to show signs of a low battery. Shortly after, the vehicle shut off due to a dead battery.
