Description of the problem	For weeks my 2013 durango sxt won't lock when pressing the key fob and sometimes when i unlock the car, the horn goes off several times, as if i'm locking the car. I've replaced the battery in the fob, so not sure why it's not working properly. My liftgate lock stopped working for a month and recently started working. My check engine light is on and the car randomly has a delay in starting. I'm reading that it could be a fuel pump relay and the 2013 durango has a recall for it, but my vin isn't included in the recall even though it had a tipm recall that was repaired, which is closely associated with the fuel pump relay recall.
